History
1993 - year of company's foundation.
1996 - OVERTIME becomes a partner of RITTAL, a global manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment, specializing in the manufacture of industrial enclosures, electronic packaging, system climate control and IT-systems.
1998 - a 300 sq.m warehouse opening in St. Petersburg.
1999 - OVERTIME becomes an official distributor of ALFRA, manufacturer of high-quality tools and equipment for fast and exact completion of a surface of cases and also for bending, cutting and punching of copper tires.
2000 - OVERTIME is an authorized distributor of PHOENIX CONTACT, the world-famous company that offers an innovative portfolio of industrial electro-technology: from the classical modular terminal block to splash-proof machine connectors to the wireless Ethernet.
2000 - ALFRA installation, commissioning, diagnostics and repair service opening.
2004 - extension of warehouse space in St. Petersburg up to 700 sq.m.
2006 - OVERTIME opens a representative office in Moscow.
2007 - extension of warehouse space in St. Petersburg up to 1200 sq.m.
2008 - OVERTIME becomes an official distributor of KIESLING, manufacturer of processing centers with digital-program control for drilling and turn-milling of switchboards and control panels, and KNÜRR, the world's largest leading manufacturer of cabinets for electronic and networking equipment, electronic and electromechanical systems, control panels and technical furniture for workstations.
2008 - OVERTIME opens a representative office in Nizhny Novgorod.
2009 - OVERTIME is the official distributor of ELDON and MURRELEKTRONIK companies, thus expanding the range of industrial and telecommunication cabinets and equipment for industrial automation.
2010 - OVERTIME opens a warehouse in Moscow.
2011 - A new warehouse in St. Petersburg (an increase of pallet space for 40%).
2011 - OVERTIME becomes an official distributor of Pentair Technical Products, the leading provider of worldwide product and service solutions for enclosing, protecting and cooling electrical and electronic systems.
2012 - OVERTIME is the official distributor of Terasaki Electric Europe Ltd, the producer of top class low-voltage circuit breakers for industrial, marine and commercial building projects.
2016 - OVERTIME JSC changed its legal form to LLC
